We connect community members with service providers, and resource agencies, to leverage shared resources and coordinate systems to tear down silos, break down barriers, and improve collaboration to better equip and empower healthy, resilient, and thriving communities.
Community Hub: Engage with other members to find common interests, passions, and initiatives. This is like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn all wrapped in one. ONE place for newsletters, job postings, community events, and collaborative meetings.
Community Resources: Access community supports and resources through our resource directory or fill out our easy Assistance Request Form and receive help from a trusted and supportive resource navigator. This is your place to ask for help, lean on our community, and share ideas for other opportunities in our area. Finally, you can take part in our online courses to learn how to make your way through the challenging systems and get good tips on how to advocate for yourself ands your family.
Project Collaboration Events: Engage with physical or virtual events aimed at partnering community members on specific community initiatives. This is an excellent avenue to employ the knowledge and skills gained from courses and chat sessions.
