Big Day of Giving is our region’s 24-hour giving day, coordinated by the Sacramento Region Community Foundation, to help local nonprofits raise much-needed funds and spread the word about their impact.
Youth Empowerment Summit
Join us at Florin Square for an inspiring day of motivation and empowerment. Young individuals will discover their potential, set goals, and achieve dreams. Hear from successful entrepreneurs, influencers, and leaders as they share stories and insights on overcoming challenges. Enjoy interactive workshops, network with peers, and gain valuable skills for personal and professional growth.
3rd Annual Walk for Health
Join Health Education Council for their 3rd annual Walk for Health, a fun, family-friendly walking event which also features a health and career exploration/ job fair.
Community members who would like to participate in the USATF Pacific Association 10K Race Walk, 1K Power Walk, or 1K Run activities (cost ranges from $10-$45) will need to visit https://bit.ly/hec-srw-oct5 to register and pay for entry fees.

Welcome Back BBQ
After the morning worship service, join us on the lawn and north patio area for a BBQ lunch and fun! Activities will include a lunch provided by the Community Life ministry. There will be a bounce house for kids and face painting. Emma, our music minister, will perform with her band Raices, which will have everyone dancing. Line Dancing will take place inside of Fellowship Hall. Each church ministry will have information available and sign up sheets for different projects. All of this and more so please join us!
